Dudus brother 'Livity' pointed out in forced ID process

Leighton 'Livity' Coke, the brother of the most wanted fugitive in the country, Christopher 'Dudus' Coke, was pointed out on Wednesday afternoon in an identification parade for crimes committed in West Kingston.
The cops were forced to hold what is called a "confrontational ID parade" after Livity refused to submit to the parade.

This means that the witness was taken to his cell to point him out. The exercise was observed by at least three Justices of the Peace. A senior investigator told RJR News that Wednesday's ID parade was held in connection with a police shooting.

He said Livity--who was widely expected to take over the leadership of the Tivoli Gardens gang led by "Dudus" Coke, is scheduled to face a series of ID parades for shootings and other offences committed in West Kingston.

Livity is one of 95 persons being held by police under the State of Emergency Act with allows the authorities to arrest and detain any person deemed to be a threat to public safety.
He surrendered to the police two weeks ago in the company of Reverend Al Miller.
