How did you get started in the business?
My brother carried me to the point where I could try the music ting and I decided to give it a try
What has been your greatest challenge in the business yet?
Losing O'Neil cause it's hard to regroup and continue on this journey without him.
What have you been up to lately?
I've been busy rehearsing for a one-month tour in Europe. Working on new singles and settling on a date for the new album release, Next Level.




Do you look up to any specific artiste and why?
Bounty Killa. He has been in the business for many years and has established himself not only as an artiste but an individual who supports young and upcoming artistes. I am happy he was honoured at Reggae Sumfest.
Are you happy with the way things are going for your musical career right now?
Very happy, not everything is smooth but you have to go through some rough patches.
Do you have any advice for young artistes coming up?
You have to realise the importance of education, especially with the business of music. Don't come in just for the hype, think about your fans and not just the money.
Where do you see yourself in the future?
Being very successful - hoping to accomplish all the things I set out to do - and that Voicemail will be one of the greatest dancehall groups ever.

MAN SHORTAGE AFFECTS CHURCHES IN JAMAICA - Christian women complain of lack of potential husbands

he shortage of men has become a growing problem in several Jamaican churches. The st ar understands that with some church population having as much as 80 per cent women, a large number of females have been left with a problem to find husbands. This is a huge concern for a number of churches, with at least one reverend saying the shortage is at a crisis level.Reverend Philbert Johnson, ministry development officer in the New Testament Church of God, said there is a serious shortage in the number of men in the church as women in their 30s and late 40s cannot find a suitable partner. Johnson, a pastor at one of the Testament branches, said at that location he had approximately 300 members of which only 40 were men. He further said that approximately 20 of those are already married.
