Wada's 'Blood' boiling - Fires lyrical shots at Aidonia for calling name in song 2011

 

Reggae artiste Wada Blood, son of veteran artiste Junior Reid has recently released a 'diss' song directed at deejay Aidonia called 'Guh Breed a Gal'.

The song was done in response to Aidonia's recently released single called Dem A Nuh Badman, where the artiste says,'head shot run more blood than Wada.'
According to Wada Blood he didn't appreciate the context in which his name was used. "I am not in a friction with Aidonia am just standing up for music, life is not about who badda it's about love," he said.

The artiste says he does not do negative music and as such, he does not want his name to be called in songs that lead to the demise of the music industry, whether a pun was intended or not.
"Some artistes need to think positive; music is not about money, an badness a gwaan before wi suh nuh body nuh badda dan nuh body," he told THE WEEKEND STAR.
The outspoken Wada Blood expressed that when he held his child for the first time, he realised how valuable life was, and he regrets knowing that people take life for granted by celebrating gun slinging in their music.
He also added that if Aidonia should get a child he would learn to have more value for life. "Guh breed a gal and play a positive role," he said.
He also sent out a warning to other artistes that if they are writing songs and it is not being done positively then they should not call his name in it. "If yu song nuh positive nuh call up mi name," he said.
The seemingly upset entertainer further stated that the music industry has been through too much negativity in recent times with the passing of Coppa Cat and Oneil from Voicemail.

He expressed that it's hypocrisy to write war songs then cry when people close to you are victims of violence.
"Big up Mavado who a duh positive music, cuz negativity only destroy the music," he said.
The artiste also said that if Aidonia responds he has no intention of responding because he only wants positivity for life and women.

THE WEEKEND STAR made several efforts to contact Aidonia which proved futile.
Wada and his brother Andrew Blood is getting ready for their European and US tour in a few weeks, and their album 'Feeling Irie' is set to be released soon.
