The controversial dancehall artiste has been in the spotlight countless times for his skin-bleaching practice, and has even referred to himself as 'Michael Cakesoap Jackson' in his pro-bleaching song,
Look Pon We.
The magazine's website reads: "Vybz Kartel is probably one of the few entertainers to publicly admit to his use of skin bleaching. The reggae artiste confirmed that he used black (cake) soap to lighten his skin and has since released his own line of skin-bleaching products. Kartel says, 'I feel comfortable with black people lightening their skin. They want a different look. It's tantamount to white people getting a sun tan'."
Currently incarcerated, Vybz Kartel has defended his bleaching practice on several occasions in song, and also through media statements.
The list also features several international stars. Among them are Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Michael Jackson, Sammy Sosa, Gabrielle Union and Lil Kim.
