Vybz Kartel's alleged doctor's visit raises questions about deejay's health (Picture surface)

 
Yesterday, a photo surfaced of incarcerated deejay Vybz Kartel sitting in what appears to be the waiting room of a medical office. Speculation spread like wild fire that the entertainer had fallen sick again and had been complaining of chest pains.





Loop Jamaica made checks with the Correctional Services to ascertain information about the deejay's health, but was stonewalled.

"We are not privileged to give out that type of information," a member of the public relations department of Correctional Services, said.
In June 2013, the jailed entertainer was rushed to the Kingston Public Hospital (KPH) after complaining of chest pains. His presence at KPH drew a massive crowd of fans who flocked the medical facility to view  the 'World Boss'.
Medical personnel routinely visit prisons to check up on inmates. In more serious cases, prisoners are taken to external health facilities under police guard.

MAN SHORTAGE AFFECTS CHURCHES IN JAMAICA - Christian women complain of lack of potential husbands

he shortage of men has become a growing problem in several Jamaican churches. The st ar understands that with some church population having as much as 80 per cent women, a large number of females have been left with a problem to find husbands. This is a huge concern for a number of churches, with at least one reverend saying the shortage is at a crisis level.Reverend Philbert Johnson, ministry development officer in the New Testament Church of God, said there is a serious shortage in the number of men in the church as women in their 30s and late 40s cannot find a suitable partner. Johnson, a pastor at one of the Testament branches, said at that location he had approximately 300 members of which only 40 were men.
