Dancehall Artiste Mavado not married but engaged. ..



Mavado recently got married to his longtime companion, Monique McKenzie. However Mavado’s manager Julian Griffiths would like to inform the public that it’s just a rumor that was started by a certain Gossip website.


According to one of the reports: A supposed copy of their marriage license application can be found on the internet. Though the venue for said venue remains unknown and pictures being leaked from the marriage are unfounded, the website claims that sources close to the couple insisted that they were going to marry. Last year, reports surfaced that Mavado, whose real name is David Constantine Brooks, intended to marry McKenzie at some point.

Ladies don’t believe this rumor of Mavado being married…However is he engaged?

MAN SHORTAGE AFFECTS CHURCHES IN JAMAICA - Christian women complain of lack of potential husbands

he shortage of men has become a growing problem in several Jamaican churches. The st ar understands that with some church population having as much as 80 per cent women, a large number of females have been left with a problem to find husbands. This is a huge concern for a number of churches, with at least one reverend saying the shortage is at a crisis level.Reverend Philbert Johnson, ministry development officer in the New Testament Church of God, said there is a serious shortage in the number of men in the church as women in their 30s and late 40s cannot find a suitable partner. Johnson, a pastor at one of the Testament branches, said at that location he had approximately 300 members of which only 40 were men. He further said that approximately 20 of those are already married.
