THE March of Three Kings concert headlined by Mavado, Elephant Man and Wayne Marshall was marred by gunfire which caused a stampede from Margaritaville in Ocho Rios on Saturday night . "A music and love wi seh," shouted Mavado in the parking lot at around 4.35 am to the shaken departing crowd.

Vybz kartel claim he is the dancehall hero. You cannot have two king who rule at the same time in the same place. So Beenie man was the king of dancehall from the earlier ninties to the early year two thousand. So the then Beenie man is the true King of dancehall than kartel, because he has many years experience than Vybz Kartel in the business. What do you think?

Music award IRAWMA 2011 to be held in Trinidad and Tobago

After being hit  by two rumours in one week, former Miss Jamaica World and Miss Universe runner-up 2010, Yendi Phillipps says she is not fazed by them. Earlier this week, a website claimed that she had a 'secret affair' with dancer-dancehall artiste Ding Dong. And if that wasn't enough, there was another rumour yesterday that she was in a major accident.

Ian Boyne, Contributor Vybz Kartel, 'the Teacher' pulled out a "crowd apparently larger than the university's annual graduation ceremony held at the same venue, based on the expanse of bodies that stretched from the lectern on to Ring Road" when he delivered a guest lecture at the University of the West Indies (UWI) last Thursday, courtesy of Professor Carolyn Cooper. The Cake Soap King was there to wash away misconceptions that his skin bleaching was symptomatic of his self-hate and rinsed Afrocentricity. Kartel, one of our most articulate deejays, told his assembled students that "bleaching today is not the same as it was 25 years ago. I maintain that today we are a much prouder race than in the past".
