Former Tivoli strongman and convicted racketeer Christopher "Dudus" Coke was handed a 23-year sentence in a Manhattan Federal Court in the United States.

  After several postponements, convicted Jamaican crime boss and former Tivoli Gardens strongman Christopher 'Dudus' Coke is expected in a matter of  hours to be sentenced in the United States.

A New York Federal Court heard damning testimonies from one of Christopher Dudus Coke's senior advisors, an admitted killer, at his sentencing hearing today (May 22).

A throng of jubilant supporters cheered wildly as Leighton 'Livety' Coke walked out of the Supreme Court a free man this afternoon. Coke was found not guilty of shooting with intent and illegal possession of a firearm after the court found that there was insufficient evidence. Police had accused him of firing at the security forces during a joint police/military offensive to serve an arrest warrant on his brother and former Tivoli Gardens strongman Christopher 'Dudus' Coke.

The highly-anticipated sentencing for reputed drug lord, Christopher "Dudus" Coke, did not take place Friday afternoon as was widely expected, in a Manhattan Federal Court in the United States. The sentencing hearing was again put off, as there was disagreement over what allegations will be used in determining how long Coke spends behind bars.
