Bounty Killer Kick Chase Cross Out Alliance
An inside source in the Gully told Urban Islandz that some members are moving to distance themselves, while others are fearful about their careers. “We say Gully all the way, but we also say unity all the way,” the source said, requesting anonymity. “Some of us are disappointed in both Killer and Mavado for allowing things to get out of hand, the whole of us use to be one and now everywhere we go people asking us whats going. Not everyone inside the Gully support what Chase did, but he speaks for himself.”
Seperation Inside The Gully Over War With Alliance
The biggest surprise in dancehall this year is the feud between the Alliance and it’s sub group Gullyside lead by Mavado. Members of the Gullyside, particularly Chase Cross, blame Alliance head Bounty Killer for initiating the feud after the untimely death of Mavado’s friend Connie Edwards at his birthday bash in May. Allegations are that, Bounty Killer blame Mavado and his Gullyside entourage for disrupting his party and thus showed no signs of remorse for the slain Edwards.

Gullyside deejay Chase Cross is defending his stand in the unexpected feud between the Alliance and Gully.
According to the deejay/rapper, who is also the cousin of Mavado, he is not taking back his lyrics or making any apology because he is not the first to draw blood.

Rumours have been circulating over the Internet propagating allegations that the Alliance and Gully Side have been at odds since the Quad shooting incident. Allegations are that Alliance members blame Mavado for bringing Bounty Killer's birthday party to a premature end.
