Jamaican Music Producer Roach is Dead

Dancehall producer Patrick 'Roach' Samuels was shot and killed by unknown assailants early this morning.
Reports are that gunmen fired shots into his vehicle at the Texaco Gas station at Mary Brown's corner. Roach drove off but crashed nearby on Mannings Hill road after more shots were fired at him.

Roach was the former Road manager for Vybz Kartel before they split. He was also the producer of the popular Overproof and Overtime Rhythm.







Popular dancehall producer Patrick "Roach" Samuels, was found dead along Manning Hill Road, Kingston this morning.

Police are confirming that the producer, also known as 'Roach',  was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds. It is believed he was killed in the  wee hours of the morning.

"Roach" who was formerly Vybz Kartel road manager before they later split, is also a popular dancehall producer know for his 2011 Overproof riddim.  The Overproof riddim resulted in several hits including Movado "Settle Down", Khago "Tun Up di Ting" and Konshens "Bad Gyal".
The circumstances surrounding his death are still unclear.
