It seems like the Court of Appeal in Jamaica cannot make up its mind about the incarcerated Dancehall Artiste May 19,2024




It's now gone over five days and no decision has been made as yet whether Vybz Kartel will be free or not.

It seems the court of appeals in  Jamaica is weighing their minds carefully. They don`t want  to hand a 

judgement and regret it later.
