Dancehall Music From Across The World, Introducing "Bobso Architect"

Music bridges people around the world. No matter your place of birth, economic class or skin color it all evokes a human feeling, and as Bob Marley once said “One good thing about music, when it hits- you feel no pain”. Born in the motherland, Theggy Kyezu knew from a young age that he was destined for greater things. He did not let his birth determine his future and as many other true artist, he was born with music in his veins and a song on his lips.

Known in the music world by the stage name of Bobso Architect, he describes his music as “MultiLangi” which simply describes his versatility of singing in French, English and Surinam. Bobso Architect name came from his younger days when he was an avid kick boxer, his team called him “Bobo” , a quick reference to his humble ways, and Architect was later added, “because i like to create and build rather than destroying” says Theggy.

Leaving Africa at a young age and moving to a new country, Bobso Architect found refuge for his solitude in music. He vividly remembers the day his life forever changed. While visiting his aunt in France, Bobso came across a song by "Admiral T'' called ''so strong'', the rhythm, the melody, the tempo and chant captured his soul and that was the beginning. Thanks to the new era of internet, Bobso spend days and nights listening to Admiral T, daddy Morry, Takana, Zion, Capleton and Bounty killer.

Not wasting anytime he started to work on his craft, made links and in 2009 released a mixtape. It was a labor of love and was received with rave reviews. “First Day Sex”, his official first single received air play locally and his name was recognized. From this came booking for clubs and stage shows where he opened for international artists.

Bobso Architect says that he lives his life everyday with the internal thoughts “to be focused on my goal, hold it strong by feeding it doing my best and God will do the rest.”

He is presently working on new music, as he lends his voice to some of the best productions, and is on the works to release another mixtape. “There is no limit to what I can do, God has brought me this far”
