Gatlin wins Asafa Powell in Doha


AMERICAN Justin Gatlin produced a strong finish to beat former world record holder Asafa Powell at the Samsung Diamond League meeting in Doha,
Qatar today.

Gatlin clocked 9.87 to Powell's 9.88.

Commonwealth champion Lerone Clarke, produced a personal best time of 9.99 for third.
Another Jamaican Nesta Carter finished fifth in a time 10.05 while Jacques Harvey (10.14) was seventh.
