Christopher Dudus Coke hearing tomorrow at Up Park Camp
THE extradition hearing for Christopher 'Dudus' Coke has
been set for tomorrow by Director of Public Prosecutions, Paula
Llewellyn according to an impeccable Observer source.
The hearing is set to be held within the secure confines of the Jamaica
Defense Force headquarters at Up Park Camp in order to avoid any
untoward action by Coke's sympathisers.
Coke has reportedly expressed his intention to waive his right to an
extradition hearing and face his accusers in the United States without
delay.
If a local magistrate's grants him his wish then he could be handed
over to United States marshals in short order and flown out to New York.
He is accused of drugs and gun running by the US authorities. If found
guilty he could be locked up for life and have his assets seized.
